I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and always eager to assist. Checking in and out was a breeze, and I enjoyed the wine hour and the nice continental breakfast. However, the room with a window facing another building was a downside, and the cost was a bit higher compared to nearby hotels.

Staying at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were upscale and comfortable, and we even got an upgrade, which was a nice surprise.
